Scott Napier Joins Kentucky School of Bluegrass and Traditional Music (http://www.mandolincafe.com/news/publish/mandolins_001659.shtml)
Scott Napier of Clay City and a Hazard native is the newest faculty member of Hazard Community and Technical College Kentucky School of Bluegrass and Traditional Music where he will provide instrumental instruction, primarily mandolin and guitar, as well as music composition.
