..seems to me Gavin that you have got the craft down pat....#38 and #40 are great looking pieces...I really like the color of each.

I agree with Scotti. And, love the look of that birds eye maple.

From the photo of the top, I can easily see the F5 shape. From the photo of th back it seems very "teardrop" shape. Is it simply a trick of the camera?

As usual, spectacular finish. http://www.grandmainger.com/avatars/drool.gif

Looking back over the pics, I thinks it's either my eyes or my martini. http://www.grandmainger.com/avatars/boire.gif

I'm not one for the F style usually, but this one has very elegant lines (and a finish to die for)!

Wow Gavin, I have to get on board with your other fans, a beautiful mandolin and the finish is heart melting.

That is incredible Gavin. I haven't seen much of your work but those pictures sure speak for themselves! Great job!

Some day I hope to play a mando with a back as half as sweet.

I just had to get another look at this beauty and I happened to notice the truss rod cover. Those little nuances sure make a difference.

Very nice Gavin.
