bartolini pickups

I know that others have used the Bartolini 8CPB pickups. Does anyone have a wiring diagram on how they did it? I want to split them apart and use just one pickup instead of the two together on my emando. #Any help would be appreciated.

I did this about a year and a half ago, but as I remember, it was simply a matter of cutting the wire that connects the two pickups. I then soldered the wires into the Mandobird and enjoyed a MUCH better sounding instrument. I sent the other pickup to a fellow Cafe member and he did the same with no problems. This is a really easy swap since it fits perfectly.

Thanks. I could see how that would work on one, but there are three solder points coming off each pickup. If you cut them, then you are losing one connection. And I thought wiring the instrument was going to be the easy part. Here's a photo of what I have.
