I see this one on EBay, can anyone throw some light on this model?

That is especially strange since they spelled Guiseppe wrong (or at least unusually).

I see it should be Giuseppe?
Are they a decent quality guitar Jim?

I don't know the brand. It looks like an budget model from maybe the 1930s. Do you have the link to the auction?

it actually looks quite nice and could be worth it. I assume the brand would not be made in Italy due to the misspelling but maybe made in the UK?

Thanks Jim, I quite like the look myself but I don't think I am going to get in a biding war, however I have made what I think is a reasonable bid, so we will see...

Yeah really annoying as I would of gone a little more but I got tied up elsewhere and forgot the finish time, however you know how theses thing go.. it was not to be.
It is a difficult situation for me as I live on a small island that is really expensive to get out of but, I feel a trip to London is not far away so I can at least play a few vintage tenors.
I don't have any problems splashing out the money for something I know about, tenors are very new to me.
