Looks sweet. I'd be impaling my forearm on the tailpiece, however. Maybe a banjo-style armrest would help?

I never had an issue with the tail as I wear it a bit lower. The tail was something I struggled with as I had to use ball end strings. It's not sharp at all. I would have liked something a little more attractive.

This was a commissioned build and the customer has promised a video. I would not have minded keeping this one. It was a lot of fun.

The wood cover plate is cool.. I've been thinking about doing something like that. Nice build.

Actually, I haven't been building much or posting on forums, work (the kind I get paid for) has been very difficult and consuming. This was a nice escape.
