Gibson F4 Hybrid Mandolins

I have a 2009 Gibson F4-G 'Hybrid' Mandolin that I was told was made by Dave Harvey. Is this true? I believe that when it was made, there was also an Jam Master A, a Jam Master F oval hole made at the same time (as prototypes?).

Is there anyone out there who knows if Dave Harvey was involved in making these instruments?
