It's a short-scale piccolo electric, designed to be tuned EAEA (Also the sound I emitted when I first saw it). Built by Ken Shalliker in the UK.

I think you can also use it in the kitchen to pull out hot oven racks...

I can only imagine that EAEA is also the sound that I'd emit upon first hearing it. Piccolo electric? That's pretty brave, especially with a single coil pu! What the scale length?
