I just saw my chord book was listed as a "This Day in History" on the Mandolin Cafe Home page. I thought I would take this opportunity to thank Scott and John Bird for their contribution to the book. I also owe a debt of thanks to Radim Zenkl for editing the chords from the first draft. It has sold over 13,000 copies to date, so I owe a huge thanks to the mandolin community for the support. The book has been in print for 13 years, and I still receive a small royalty check every quarter. For the record, I have almost always donated the royalities from the book to things like mandolin scholarships, financial help to mando players in need, and other worthwhile endeavors. It is you that have supported the book that has enabled me to pass it on. So, the donations I have made actually came from you. Thank you.
