Do any owners have any reviews to post?
I am interested to hear of any info that you are willing to share.

Check out this thread (http://www.mandolincafe.net/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=15;t=19121;hl=cmsa) for lots of comments.

I played one at CMSA last fall. Very nice instrument and my favorite of all the Rigels I have played. I like the understatedness of it and the sound and playability.

What do you mean by understated?

Thanks

I couldn't find it, but there is another recent thread and review somewhere here about someone's new mandohack blue Q, and it looks absolutely gorgeous.

RobP: By "understated" I meant the design is pretty simple, with no scroll or fanciness. That appeals to me. Plus the sound and playability.

mad dawg: What do you mean that you couldn't find it? Click on the thread I linked to above. Mandohack (Ted E., who codesigned it) introduced the thread called "New from Rigel: The Q-95 "Gypsy Q", For the Coffehouse. For the Lap..."

I did a little more digging around and found it here. (http://www.mandolincafe.net/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=15;t=22138) ("My new Q-95; blue, soulful, and all mine.....")
