I'm wondering if any one can tell me if buying a Freshwater bouzouki is a significant step-up in quality from say a Trinity college model?

Thanks,

Tim

Yes, definitely. Much better construction and attention to detail, and far better tone. You'll probably have to wait longer than David says for delivery, but definitely very high quality for the amount you pay.

I think so, definitely. I have played four or five Freshwaters and I've seen or handled lots of Trinity College models, and I'd much rather have a FW.

Ask Adare Steve if he'll sell you his. He's gone back & forth about letting it go for a while now. IMO used FWs are a great value.
