Coltrane on BET, Sunday 4pm EST

While browsing through some of the cable/satellite TV schedules I noticed this, which some may find of interest;

BET (Black Entertainment Television) 4-5pm Sunday Feb 27th: Jazz Brunch - Coletrane & his influence

Coletrane lived not far from where I live here on Long Island, N.Y.

On a recent local news station, I just found out his house (and basement studio) will be saved from demolition and restored as some form of 'historic place'.

I've also had the pleasure of paying respects at his gravesite. A simple plaque in the ground to commemorate
one of the world's true geniuses.
