I've been pretty active on my Facebook page lately, then figured I ought to share more ith this incredible community.
#38 is for a fellow Colorado friend who works for the Coast Guard in Alaska (coincidence that Colorado is the 38th state?). We went with Colorado Engelmann spruce (one piece!) from Simeon Chambers for the top and quilted maple from Bruce "Spruce" since my friend worked for the Guard in the Pacific Northwest, and because Bruce is awesome. Eventually we will design and incorporate some Alaska items as well.
