2001 Gibson F9

Base model f5 from Gibson. Brown finish, rosewood bridge and fingerboard, nickel tuners and tailpiece. Freshly set by Casey Sullivan, who used to work for Gibson. The mandolin came with matte finish, but this one has been buffed and shined. There are some finish checks including one around the heal that looks like a crack. Casey said it is definitely NOT a crack. This mandolin sounds so good. Great percussive loud “chop.” Lots of tone on the low strings and the highs. A professional quality instrument.
