part A is a repeated 15 bar section (these things happen)
i've set the bars as 4+3 and 4+4 to indicate the anomaly
if the chord at bar 8 is stressed a little, regularity is restored
notice that the tonic chord (D major) often arrives early (eg bar 3)
i've used this device to push the rhythm into the following bar
however, the accent still falls on the first beat of each bar
the figure in bar 4 is the best way i can indicate the timing in
this format - the quavers are tied to lag the melody
^ on bar line also indicates tie
the notes in brackets are optional stops - others are melody
tremolo freely
