Nashville, Tenn. — Big Joe's Guitarworks is proud to host a mandolin workshop with bluegrass legend Roland White during IBMA. The workshop will be held at the store's 854 Madison Square location on October 2, 2008.

The workshop will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a registration fee of $65. Advance reservations are strongly recommended as enrollment is limited to 20 students and an early sell-out is expected.

Roland White is known as one of the few unique stylists on the mandolin, with his own unmistakable sound and touch.

In his distinguished career in bluegrass music, Roland has played in some of the most influential and popular groups in the music's history including with his brother Clarence in the Kentucky Colonels, Bill Monroe, Lester Flat, the Grammy-award winning Nashville Bluegrass Band, and his self-named Grammy nominated band.
