Cincinnati, Oh. — Rick Hayes, mandolinist for The Gibson Brothers, has released his first solo recording, Fly By Night.

In addition to playing mandolin, guitar and bass on the project, Rick sings lead on nine of the tracks, leaving one each for his melodic bandmates Eric and Leigh Gibson, one for his father, Green Hayes, and one instrumental.

There's a host of other great talent on the project consisting of Ron Stewart, Jim VanCleve, Dwight McCall, Clay Hess and Josh Swift.
