Mike Compton & David Long Mandolin Workshop

Augusta, Ga. — Eryn Eubanks and The Family Fold Old Time Music Festival is proud to host Grammy award-winner Mike Compton with David Long for a mandolin workshop on Saturday, June 14, 2008.

The festival is a benefit for Lynndale, Inc., a community support service organization meeting the needs of developmentally challenged individuals since 1952.

Music by Compton and Long, Charlotte Ritchie, and Eryn Eubanks and The Family Fold and many more acts will provide entertainment from noon to 9:00 p.m.

Augusta, Georgia is on Interstate 20 about half way between Atlanta and Columbia, South Carolina, making the workshop and concerts accessible to large number of mandolin players, a great way to spend a day soaking in some fabulous music and mandolin instruction.
