The Matt Flinner Trio will launch their second Music du Jour Tour this month in the Rocky Mountains.

Every day, mandolinist Matt Flinner, guitarist Ross Martin and acoustic bassist Eric Thorin will write new music, and that day's music will be debuted on that evening's performance.

The results promise to be stylistically varied, unpredictable and always exciting.

"We'll play about 1/3 brand new music and about 2/3 music that is at least 24 hours old," explains Flinner.

"We had so much fun and such a great response last time, we had to do it again," he says.

Joining the trio on this tour will be Brother Mule, featuring mandolinist Ben Winship and fiddler Brian Wicklund. The evening promises to be a wonderful blend of bluegrass, jazz and Americana music.
