RASIKA Seattle presents "Ragas on the Mandolin" with U. Shrinivas

RASIKA, the India Arts and Culture Council of Seattle, Washington, presents "Ragas on the Mandolin", a classical mandolin duet concert featuring Padmasri Mandolin U. Shrinivas and Mandolin U. Rajesh accompanied by Muruga Bhoopathy on Mridangam and SV Ramani on Ghatam.

Co-sponsored by CRY (Child Relief and You), part of the proceeds from the concert will be donated to CRY.

RASIKA welcomes Mandolin U. Shrinivas and Mandolin U. Rajesh back to Seattle after having enthralled the RASIKA audience in 2004.

Mandolin U. Shrinivas has mesmerized Seattlites in his regular visits with John Mclaughlin performing as a band called "Remembering SHAKTI".

Tickets: FREE for Rasika members.
