Michael Kelly Mandolins Announces Temporary A-Model Production Stop

Michael Kelly Mandolins has announced a recent temporary stop in the production of their A-model mandolin line.

"We had some ideas for how to improve our product but could not complete it in time for the January introduction period," said Michael Kelly founder Tracy Hoeft.

"We elected to suspend the production of those models and start anew. If all goes well we will introduce a new and improved A-style series at the 2006 NAMM show in Austin, Texas this July.

We have expanded our factory and production capacity gradually to try to get back to where we have some instruments available and it looks like we will be back to normal by June."

Michael Kelly Mandolins is a division of Hanser Holdings International.
