Klamath River SwingJam, August 28-30

Orleans, Calif. — The 2015 Klamath River MandoJam will be held August 28-30 at the Sandy River Ranch and Nursery.

Each summer Sandy Bar Ranch hosts The Klamath River SwingJam, an opportunity for acoustic musicians of all levels and styles to learn, play and enjoy acoustic music in a beautiful mountain setting and supportive environment.

This year they are offering a simple event with no formal workshops, no instructors, just an opportunity to come play music, enjoy the river, good company and learn from each other!

Cost: $125 per person includes lodging (camping or hostel style lodging in cabins) and wood fired pizza Saturday evening.

In addition to Swing Jazz, you are liable to hear and play anything from Folk to Bluegrass, Old Time, Blues, Country and Originals at the MandoJam. All acoustic instruments welcome.

Schedule Brief

Arrive any time after noon on Friday, August 28, and stay through mid-day Sunday. Bring your own meals, lodging will be hostel style in shared cabins. Wood-fired pizza will be served Saturday evening.


Space is limited, so registration is required. To register send either the full amount ($125/person) or a $75 deposit to Sandy Bar Ranch at the address below. Price includes lodging (camping or cabin), jam sessions, and wood fired pizza on Saturday evening.
