J.S. Bach Partita in A minor for Solo Flute: Transcribed For Mandolin by Daniel Sellman

J.S. Bach Partita in A minor for Solo Flute: Transcribed For Mandolin by Daniel Sellman

J.S. Bach Partita in A minor for Solo Flute transcribed for the mandolin in standard notation and tablature is a new self-publication by author Daniel Sellman following up his recent J. S. Bach The Cello Suites for Mandolin and J. S. Bach Sonatas and Partitas for Mandolin.

The book includes some suggested fingerings to facilitate challenging position changes for the Partita in A minor for solo flute: Allemande; Corrente; Sarabande; Bourrée Angloise.

Of this new work author Sellman told us, "These four pieces are challenging in different ways to the Sonatas & Partitas and the Cello Suites.

"I've taken on forum feedback I have received from the other books and have included some suggested fingerings to help facilitate particularly tricky changes in position. I haven't gone overboard with these and they appear just at those especially challenging points in the music."
