Eastman MD515 Mandolin with Schertler Products Giveaway

Pomona, Calif. — In celebration of the upcoming holiday season, Eastman Handcrafted Guitars and Mandolins and Schertler are combining efforts with the Mandolin Cafe to give away a complete performance set of products to a lucky visitor to the Mandolin Cafe web site.

Included in the total prize package is the best-selling Eastman MD515 Mandolin ($1,250) with a Schertler Resocoil pickup installed ($319.99), an Eastman CAMD16-BLK fiberglass case ($180.00) and Schertler JAM150W amplifier ($1249.99). All prices reflected are recommended MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price).

The Eastman MD515 is individually hand-crafted using time-honored methods and premium hand-carved solid tonewoods, solid Spruce top, solid Maple back & sides, Ebony fingerboard & adjustable ebony bridge, F-style body with F-holes for warm, ringing tones & excellent sound projection.

Since its foundation in the early 1980s, Schertler has embarked on a passionate program of research that aims to achieve the highest levels of fidelity in the reproduction of acoustic stringed instruments. The Schertler Resocoil installed pickup and Schertler JAM150W amplifier turn the Eastman MD515 into a total performance ready package representing the finest in sound quality.

Registration for an opportunity to win will commence on the Mandolin Cafe on November 30, 2013 with a single winner randomly chosen and notified on Christmas Eve morning, December 24. I have an Eastman Viola but no mandolin. I have MAS and if I don't get an Eastman my head may explode. This would, indeed, be a tragedy because my head is rather large and it would make a huge mess. (7 1/2 or more)
