Now this is neat. I remember Dave from his WFDU Music America radio show hosting days back in the early 80's. I have *so many* cassette tapes of his 9-12 Saturday AM show in the pile. He would always open the show with a Kenny Baker tune off Farmyard Swing, with Bob Osborne playing a quirky break on that Bb tune. Must have that tune recorded literally dozens of times....still can't pick it!

The gypsy jazz thing he is doing today is very cool, indeed. Nice playing.

I have been listening to your new cd all this week on the way to work. The quality of the sound production is excellent which allows one to really appreciate the clarity of tone you are getting on this project. Love the original tunes and the unique way you played the cover tunes. I have enjoyed your playing live and am happy to have such a high quality cd to enjoy on my daily commute.
