Eight-time IBMA Mandolin Player of the Year winning mandolinist Adam Steffey has announced he is accepting a limited number of students to participate in individualized mandolin lessons to be held over the internet via Skype.

Students interested in an opportunity to study with this music legend and acknowledged mandolin master should have an interest in traditional or progressive bluegrass mandolin styles and/or old-time music, access to reliable and modern up-to-date equipment including a web cam, microphone and high speed internet connection.

Individual lessons are $75.00 per hour with an hour the minimum amount of time slotted per lesson.

In addition to his IBMA Mandolin Player of the Year awards, Adam currently tours with The Boxcars, one of the hottest and most in-demand bluegrass bands on the festival circult. A five-time Grammy Award winning recording artist and entertainer, he has appeared on stage or performed with legendary artists such as Alison Krauss, Dan Tyminski, Dolly Parton, Rhonda Vincent and Vince Gill.
