Sam Bush and Alan Bibey
Gibson's Original instrument division, makers of mandolins, banjos and Dobros®, has teamed up with exclusive dealers to offer free clinics with Gibson signature artists Sam Bush and Alan Bibey.
Sam Bush is one of the most influential mandolin players of the past quarter-century. As a founding member of the New Grass Revival, featured member of Emmylou Harris' Nash Ramblers and now as leader of his own band, he's taken the mandolin into rock, reggae and beyond. His Gibson signature model replicates "Hoss," his infamous 1930s F-5.
Alan Bibey's innovative work with IIIrd Time Out, BlueRidge and on his own solo albums has taken traditional bluegrass mandolin to a new artistic level. His signature Gibson model features the distinctive look of tortoiseshell binding and a dark sunburst finish.
