Pacific, Mo. — Mel Bay has announced the publication of John Goodin's new book Telemann for Mandolin.

Telemann for Mandolin presents over 70 pieces composed by Georg Philipp Telemann (1681-1767) that are particularly suitable for playing on unaccompanied mandolin. The pieces are easy to intermediate in difficulty and are presented both in standard notation and tablature.

The book includes excellent material for students as well as many pieces suitable for weddings, recitals and other occasions.

Hi Alberdina! It's fun to hear from you here on the Cafe. You can't actually order the book from the Mandolin Cafe but you can order it online from Amazon US. I'm pretty sure that they will ship to the Netherlands. You can find the link to order from Amazon on the Purchase line in the news item.

There is a little more information about the book over at the Classical discussion forum. You might want to take a look over there to see the table of contents and the introduction to the book.
