Bristol, R.I. — The Directors of the American Mandolin and Guitar Suitcase Series (AMGuSS) are preparing for their upcoming weekend of music for mandolinists, guitarists, mandola and mandocello players to be held February 26-28, 2010 at Roger Williams University.
The focus of the weekend is on mandolin orchestra music complete with an orchestra concert on Sunday afternoon.
A few select spots are still available for musicians wishing to enjoy the company of others in a supportive and structured educational environment with a proven track record.
To register or request information email Ralph Costanza at AMGuSS@gmail.com. Rooms are reserved at the Bristol Harbor Inn, and rehearsals and workshops will be held in the new Global Heritage Hall on campus.
