Nashvill, Tenn. — The Matt Flinner Trio will launch their fourth Music du Jour Tour in October with appearances in California and Washington state.
Every day, Matt and his trio will write new music, and that day's music will be debuted on that evening's performance. The results promise to be stylistically varied, unpredictable and always exciting.
"We'll play about 1/3 brand new music and about 2/3 music that is at least 24 hours old," explains Flinner. The efforts from their first three tours can be experienced in the groups new recording entitled Music du Jour, published earlier this year on Compass Records.
