    Default New swing tune

    Hi all,

I've been working a little on swing playing, looking at chords/rhythm etc. and ended up writing a little swing tune. Here's a quick recording - it's fun to play, now I need to work on improvising over those chords!

Any tips for listening to this file. I seem to only be able to download/open as an HTML file.

Look at the file name. Is it swing.mp3.html? If so, rename the file swing.mp3 without the ".html" on the end. Now it should play.
When I am browsing using google chrome and I download an mp3 from the Mandolin Cafe it adds the html at the end. I have also read where that is an occurance for some (all?) mac users as well. When I use IE7 it is not an issue.

I use mac safari and I always download MP3s from this forum as ".mp3.html" too. It's a bit odd but easy to fix.

Thanks for the nice comments. I'm slowly getting my head round those cycle of 5ths changes and how to play over them. I've been using the rhythm track from this tune to practice soloing over which helps a bit.
