I really wish they'd done a better job with the headstock. But I might get one anyway.

Headstock is like the old Fender twelve-string headstock. Thus, it's sort of traditional Fender. Of course, that doesn't mean that you have to like it.

I like the 8 string.... the pompadour is a bit much though. Still.... it is interesting.

Well, at least now that there is both a 4-string and an 8-string variety available, maybe the price will drop a bit on the antiques. Wouldn't mind having one. The tuners don't look real good on the 'pompadour '.
