Hi folks -- I just finished off this Portuguese guitar this afternoon right at closing time. It's a nice old short-scale one, 17 1/4" scale. Real pretty mahogany on the back and sides. Nice lush, full, vibrant sort of tone, too. One fun detail is that the first 3 frets are copper-y while the rest are brass, all bar stock.
The top is also amazingly crack-free. Usually there's at least one or two hairlines to be patched up on ones of this age.
