I think it was Gary. But you got a pretty nice piece too.

I thought that I should have recorded something with it before I sent it. But I didn't. Hopefully the new owner could post something.

    RATS!!
Its going to take me at least an hour to sop up all the drool that just got all over my keyboard.
That is a remarkable mandolin indeed. I am not a sucker for a blackface. But that one creates a new leaning.

I did get exactly what I wanted Mike.
And I'm as happy as a clam at high tide.
But when you sent my 'in the white' video you didn't put on a tie.
    Gary

This Mandolin arrived here in Sacramento this morning. Let's just say that I forgot to eat lunch and failed to notice that my kids were home after school for a half hour.

The Mando is awesome. It has a Virzi on it, which sounds incredible. I am in love with it. MAS slaked.

Another great one Mike. The back on that is simply stunning. I love how strong and punchy it sounds. Really looking forward to working with you next year.

That's an amazing mandolin in every way!!! And a great tune choice to show it off--that Norman Blake tune doesn't get played enough.
