Don't see this up on the website yet...(I suspect the finish is still drying!!)
Does the label "Irish Tenor" indicate GDAE tuning over the typical CGDA? Cuz(as discussed many times...) that would be a big plus for all the folks trying to use typical Tenor guitars for Irish Trad tunes. If so....Good on ya Walt!!
And of course....What is the price for an instrument of this type (as posted in the photos...??)

    Hi Walt,

It' beautiful. Sniff...sniff...gasp...gasp...do I detect that I am coming down with something (GAS)?! Guitars don't usually get to me, but one like this...

In addition to bouzoukuboy's question about the tuning, what's the scale length?

Congratulations on creating this beauty, Bob

Hey everyone, thanks for the comments! Here is a little more info.

Scale: 20 1/16" designed to be tuned GDAE or GDAD
The body: 17" long, upper bout 10", lower bout 13 3/4
3 1/2" deep at the tail and 3 1/4" at the body joint
This one: Ebony fingerboard, adjustable bridge and tailpiece
    Sitka spruce AAA top
    Back: crotch walnut
    Sides: walnut
    Tuners: Grover
    dual adjustable truss rod

These are a custom build for me so the specs and woods can change according to what the customer wants. As for pricing, the entry would be in the area of $2100.

I am shipping this instrument today, we had to wait for our customer to return from an extended hike and canoe trip! Here is a little sound clip.

Oh, wow. Just came across this. Those specs are EXACTLY what I am looking for in an OM, actually. Out of curiosity, could this be done as an 8 string OM as opposed to a tenor guitar? Not that I have the money right now, but I've got my heart set on a guitar-bodied OM for sometime next year if I can pull the funds together.

That looks and sounds beautiful, if only I had the cash I would order one today. Might have to thin the heard to recoup the funds
