It has a piezo in the bridge, Steve. I am tempted to pick up (pun intended) a pick-up off a Hoffner Bass (on ebay) and install it on the F-bass in tandem with the piezo...
Eddie, I like the Hofner idea! The MM might have pretty equivalent body volume! LOL!

Glad to see Phil playing the Modulus again! He was playing the Ritter stuff for a bit but Modulus is where it's at.
