I'm the original owner of a Flatiron pancake Mandola, (no truss rod, and I have all my paper work) late 80's, that I'm guessing needs a neck reset to get the neck straight.
I thought I read recently on the forum that someone said they had gotten Gibson to honor their Flatiron warranty. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts, experience trying to get Flatiron warranty work covered by Gibson??
