    I don't know about the strathspeys, but the first of the reels was Brenda Stubbert's. And that male fiddler is the ablest disco dancer since Elvis.

    That's a really common strathspey, but I didn't have a name for it. Bit of searching suggests it's called Jessie Smith, and comes from the Athole Collection. For dots, try Folktunefinder.com or maybe thesession.org.
