Thanks for the additional link, Jim. I am not sure why the link I posted would not open for you - I just tried it again and it worked on my computer. Perhaps it's because I used an iPad when making the original post. I am now on a Windows-based laptop, so I will try again. If that doesn't work and you are still curious, try just browsing over to latimes.com and doing a search on 'Dylan Newport guitar' from their home page.
After seeing that show and reading another article in a newspaper I have no doubt they have the guitar Dylan used that night in Newport that changed the direction of rock&roll in the USA. I do not know who legally owns the guitar. That will take two Harvard lawyers and a couple hundred thousand dollars to figure that out.
