Who makes such a case? I have email Saga but haven't heard anything back from them.

I have a 1928 that came with a "Golden Gate" case. Fits pretty well, but obviously not designed for the guitar. I don't often take the tenor out of the house, so it is OK for the few times I do.
If you want a good fitting custom case, Cedar Creek cases are very good. If I was using the tenor a lot outside the house, I would get a custom fitted case.

I bought this parlor guitar case for a small-bodied 6 string. Measurements are here:
Otherwise you are talking custom or maybe a small case with some padding added.Canadian Case FCPLR Parlor Guitar Case.
DImensions:
Upper Bout - 9.5"
Lower Bout - 12.5"
Interior Length - 38.75"

Maybe the hardshell case designed for Big Baby taylor?
According to this page, standard TG-1 has 12 3/4" Lower Bout so my suggestion of the parlor case would prob not work. Then again, Elderly has one listed described as follows:
"Fits small, short scale acoustic guitars such as the Larrivee Parlor guitars, with a 9 1/2" upper bout, 13"lower bout, and 39" maximum length. Shaped wooden shell, flat-top, plush padded interior."
There is also:
Canadian "O" Guitar case
"Fits small 0 size acoustic guitars with a 13-3/4" maximum lower bout and 39" maximum length. Shaped wooden shell, arched top, plush padded interior."
Elderly has a 1930s TG-1, so they could prob tell you how that one fits in those cases. I would give them a call unless you know otherwise.

thank you all for your information......The TG-1 I have has a Lower Bout = 12.75 in Upper Bout = 9 in Body Length = 17.125 in and a total length = 36.75 measured with the pitch of the peghead. So with all of your suggestions I found that the Canadian Case Company parlor guitar case will work.....They apparently are the makers of a bunch of different brands of standard arched cases.... So my dear little (annoying to the Bluegrass Police) tenor can go out into the world a little safer....
PS. an interesting aside that blends with another current thread....Joe Stuart loved to stop by my father's TV shop and play his 1950's Gibson archtop tenor. He would play fiddle tune after fiddle tune on it and just have a big wide smile on his face.
