Default Bluegrass Mandolin: Creating and Using Double Stops

    My newest book

”Bluegrass Mandolin: Creating and Using Double Stops”

has just been released. It looks at how to find and use double stops in soloing and backup. You can download it free at the web site below.

Thanks, Pete! I was just thinking about searching for some old threads I remember on this subject. I will download this when I get on my home PC.

    Hi Pete,
Double stops, Page75, next to last sentence in 2nd paragraph, READS: A sixth would be from G to B. Should READ: from G to E.
I know, you did that just to see if anyone was reading it.
    Thanks for a good book.

Okay, while we're nit-picking, G to E is actually a major 6th. From G to B could be thought of as an inverted minor 6th, but that's me being convoluted (again).

I don't think it's nit-picking to point out an error in the text. In the publishing world they actually pay people to do that.

Sorry for the error guys, I'll correct it right away. Nothing like being your own proof reader!
