Standard notation to Cotton Patch Rag?

I'm not sure if this post goes here, but it seemed the closest. I am trying to learn Cotton Patch Rag. I pulled up the table edit version and then went to YouTube to listen to it. It seems like there's no one order that the different sections are played in. I heard different arrangements as far as when each section is played. Has anyone had experience with this tune and maybe some sheet music site in addition to the table edit one that might clear this up? Or should I just learn the different sections and be ready to follow the fiddle player as to the order?

It is in my book "Texas Style Fiddle Tunes for Mandolin" You can download the pdf free from my web site. The mp3 recording used to be on the mp3 page, don't know if it still is.

Thanks, I just downloaded your pdf. Is there a standard order of the parts to this tune? I am hearing different arrangements as far as the A, B, and C parts. Your arrangement is somewhat different from the table edit one and Youtube has different ones as well. Thanks for your help.

Stephen Parker's "Ragtime for Fiddle & Mandolin" also has a nice notated version based on Benny Thomasson's version. A lot of versions I've heard use a fiddle "double shuffle" ala OBS on the C and F chords which can be pretty cool on the mandolin.

I just tried to ping Steve on Sunday, to ask him some questions, and his wife responded that he had 'passed away last August', and that she was selling his books now. So I assume that's all real, and it likely would help her out if you folks do like his book and decide to buy it. I think it's a treasure trove of tunes, a great bargain for the money, as is Pete's books.

OBS = Orange Blossom Special, the tour-de-force fiddle number that uses the shuffle.

CPR is noted out (with TAB and I think std. notation) in Sam Bush's early instructional package called Repertoire, or something like that.

It is indeed called Mandolin Repertoire & Technique from Homespun. The version of CPR is a ripper and with some nice variations that will colour your playing nicely.
