The OP's link to the eBay listing was evidence enough I would have thought. You should have turned up earlier, then you'd have caught it. It's here as a screenshot now anyway.

This has been answered quite comprehensively, particularly by mrmando whose response was considerably more generous than your own.

To sabatage ones legitimate auction of an instrument without solid evidence of fraud is, in my opinion, contemptible.
