From the Fretboard Journal Facebook page: 'Four Songs with Aaron Embry'

Wow, what a great sound. I really hope he has an album in the works. Is he in GDAE tuning?

Hi 5thBeliever; Yes - GDAE it is. I followed Aaron on twitter after seeing the video, and he reciprocated right away, and we've since had a short correspondence during which he acknowledged that he plays in GDAE.

He also seemed very interested in finding another GDAE tenor guitar player, and displayed legitimate interest in my playing. He really seems like a class act! I find this video to be very inspirational.

Jim, maybe it's considered custom because of the GDAE tuning? Oh, wait a second, I just watched the video again (for the umpteenth time) and I just now noticed that it appears the peghead (first appearance at ~:47) actually has "Custom Kraft" inlayed/decaled on it?

Putting the word 'custom' in one of your associated brand names...Now that's confusing if you build instruments!

Aaron Embry's new album 'Tiny Prayers' will be released this summer.
He plays his tenor guitar on several of the album's songs.
Here is a blog article he just posted about the album.

Posted today by Aaron Embry on his Facebook page:

David Dye and I spoke together on World Cafe and I played a few songs from the album Tiny Prayers. It was a real treat for me to be given such a special opportunity to share.

    Thanks for listening, my friends!
