Thread: Source For Hardshell Case For F-4 Style Mandolin

Default Source For Hardshell Case For F-4 Style Mandolin

I guess the title pretty much covers it. Anyone have a source for a case that would accommodate the short neck of an F-4 mandolin? It appears that on most F-5 cases, the short neck causes interference with the "gadget box" inside the case.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    I have a Cedar Creek F-style case: http://www.cedarcreekcases.com/300build.php

It fits my F4 just fine but it will also fit an F5.

Eastman, I see, redesigned their FG cases to take short and long neck A/F.

'Droid beat me to the draw. This was a fairly common issue a while back and I think Eastman actually responded to the problem because of it.
