Default Interview w/ Phil Madeira on Mercyland: Hymns For The Rest of Us

I would like to share an exciting new interview that I have recently posted on my music blog, Uprooted Music Revue.

It's a Q and A with songwriter, musician, producer Phil Madeira, who is also in Emmylou Harris' band, the Red Dirt Boys.

For Mercyland: Hymns For The Rest of Us, Mr. Madeira has brought together such extraordinary artists as The Civil Wars, Shawn Mullins, Buddy Miller, The Carolina Chocolate Drops, Madeira, Mat Kearney, Cindy Morgan, Amy Stroup, The North Mississippi Allstars, Dan Tyminski, Emmylou Harris, and John Scofield for the album.

I recently had the opportunity to speak with Phil Madeira to discuss his own musical experiences, as well as the making of Mercyland: Hymns For The Rest of Us.

    Interview: http://www.uprootedmusicrevue.com/20...n-harmony.html

Thanks very much for reading, and if you enjoy the interview, please be sure to follow Uprooted Music Revue on facebook and twitter. I would really appreciate your support.

    Cheers,

    Chris
