A round of my sincerest apologies to all those who requested copies of this score and parts, for not responding earlier. Curiously, the instant notifications of the Café did not work this time around, so I was unaware that your messages were sitting there, all this time. I'm usually more prompt with such things. Apologies... perhaps it had to do with my errant ways, dreadful absenteeism from my home, and Blackberry-hermitage.

But I have made amends, I hope, and will continue to send out scores and parts to all willing takers.
