That's the same seller who's offering the Gibson flowerpot and name inlay, as discussed in this thread. #He/she has a lot of mando-related items on Ebay, and with a feedback of zero, I'd be suspicious.
It's old but it ain't Gibson. The one and only original signed A5 Loar came in a regular F5 case since Gibson had no long neck A cases on hand. I might believe this case at one time housed a "fake" A5 Loar.
Technically it is correct, if it will hold "the A5 Loar". I'm not tryng to defend anyone, but if you look at it from a strictly technical point of view, this isn't a false claim, assuming that it will hold a 1923 "A" style Gibson.
