    Default Gibson Flatiron

    Heres a picture of the back of my Flatiron from the Gibson era mid 90s I say that alot of that era had similer wood on the backs,seems not to many made like that anymore. dc

    This mandolin was given to me today. I would like to know more about it.
    It's a Festival A, Performer series. Made in Bozeman Montana.

    That doesn't make sense. Festival and Performer models are different series, so it can't be both. And to look at it, it's definitely not either...

    Your mandolin appears to be a Festival A. I have one like it in a different color. Then again, they probably know that by now sinsce the message was posted in Januray.
