That's a good lookin' mandolin. Even better, you like the sound and playability. Can't ask for more than that. Congratulations!

Thanks for posting T W, the shots look good! Thanks for the compliments Ed, and Picloser! Made a little progress on your Copperhead last week, T W. Cut the F holes, started fitting the neck joint, and bound the fingerboard. I'll send pictures soon.

Want to thank you guys who looked.Am pleased w/ how close this A is to Melvin Tuckers in shape.some of the strongest A mandolins I have played,Am realizing Jason has put his own spin on the outer shape. It doesn't curve way in forward of the F holes, like most A'sAfter a month of playing w/J75's (which it takes and plays like butter)I am still blown away by the volume, complexity, clarity, and very imp for me ease to play.I do have a FI now.LOL;but having gone to IBMA for last 4 years, and gotten around most of the new builders Jason Harshbarger is right there with well I won't name names as it would be unfair to those left out,LOL.Not gonna plug anymore pm me if you want to know more or call Highland Strings. This guy should be more well known.
