    Don Julin must be a hellava nice guy to post all those great instuction videos on yuotube. Someday I hope to take a lesson from him but it will probably be a while till I learn all the stuff in his videos. If you know him make sure you thank him for shareing his knowledge.

    He sure is! Also, don't forget about Pete Martin! Another super guy who posts you tubes and other material for everyone to enjoy and learn with!

    Don Julin has a great mandolin instruction book that will be coming out before too long.......Wiley Publishers out of London.......I know because I've completed my duties as technical editor. It will be a great resource for mando players of all ilks.

    Loved that rendition and must look out for that instruction book when it surfaces. Lets hope it's not full of bluegrass songs, there's enough books on those already.

    I'd love to see a jazz orientated book come out that maybe looks a half a dozen standards and goes into them in some details. I've been waiting for Don S or Don J or Pete to do this, mabe this is it!
